The scaly zinc powder can be made into a zinc-rich primer with various resins such as ethyl silicate, epoxy ester, epoxy and polyurethane. From the structural point of view, even if the amount of zinc flakes in this formulation is less than the amount of ordinary zinc paint, it will not reduce the anticorrosive properties of the coating. Add other anti-corrosive pigments and flake pigments, such as micaceous iron oxide and mica powder, to the aqueous zinc-rich primer formulation. The amount of scaly zinc powder can be reduced correspondingly, and the composite anti-corrosion effect can be achieved; the zinc-containing water-based anti-corrosive coating liquid can be used as a top coat or a primer to greatly enhance the anti-corrosion performance.
